Flatbed Trucks

Up to 200 palletsEnclosed box trucks protect pallets from weather during transit. Ideal for Grade A used pallets, longer-distance deliveries, and locations without covered loading docks.

Same-Day Service
Available for Zone 1 (Raleigh Metro). Order by 10 AM for same-day delivery of in-stock used pallets.
Next-Day Service
Standard for all zones. Place your order any time and receive delivery the following business day.
Scheduled Recurring
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly service. Set it and forget it. We show up on the same day at the same time.
Priority Windows
Choose a specific morning or afternoon delivery window. We arrive within the 2-hour window you select.
Emergency Service

You receive a confirmation with your delivery date, time window, and driver details.
Day-Of Alert
On the day of delivery, you receive a notification when our truck is en route to your location.

Unloading
Used pallets are unloaded to your preferred location. We place them exactly where you need them.
Sign-Off
You confirm the delivery count and condition. You receive a digital receipt immediately.

Our drivers are trained, licensed, and experienced in pallet handling. They manage the entire loading and unloading process, using the right equipment for your specific location and setup.
Cargo Insurance
All pallets in transit are insured against loss, damage, and theft from the moment they leave our facility to the moment they arrive at yours.
Liability Coverage
Our comprehensive commercial liability insurance covers any property damage or injuries during the loading and unloading process.
Forklift Service
For deliveries to locations with dock access, our drivers operate our vehicle-mounted forklifts for safe, efficient unloading.
Hand Unloading
For smaller orders or locations without dock access, our team hand-unloads pallets to exactly where you need them, including inside your facility.
Transport FAQs
Free delivery requires 50 or more pallets within Zone 1 (Raleigh Metro) or 100 or more pallets within Zone 2 (Greater Triangle). Smaller orders and Zone 3 deliveries carry a nominal transport fee that is always disclosed upfront in your quote. Recurring delivery clients receive discounted delivery fees and lower minimum thresholds.
We primarily deliver Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement for an additional fee. We do not deliver on Sundays. If you need weekend delivery, let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
It depends on the order size and vehicle type. For flatbed deliveries (300+ pallets), a forklift at your location is required for safe and efficient unloading. For box truck deliveries, we can use a liftgate if your location does not have a loading dock. For smaller pickup truck deliveries, our team hand-unloads the pallets. Let us know your site setup in advance and we will match the right vehicle and unloading method.
Absolutely. This is one of the biggest advantages of using our in-house transport. Many clients sell their empty used pallets back to us and receive fresh inventory on the same truck, in the same trip. This saves time, reduces your dock disruptions, and is the most cost-effective option. We can set this up as a recurring exchange service.
We routinely deliver throughout central North Carolina including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville, Rocky Mount, and Greenville. We can also arrange transport to most locations in North Carolina and neighboring states for larger orders. For locations outside our standard zones, contact us for a custom delivery quote — we almost always find a way to make it work.
