Free visitor parking is available at the front of our facility. For commercial pickups and deliveries, please use the loading dock entrance on the east side of the building. Semi-trucks and flatbeds have dedicated pull-through lanes.

There is no strict minimum order, but we recommend ordering at least 10 pallets to make delivery logistics cost-effective. For orders under 10 pallets, pickup from our facility at 3501 Tarheel Dr, Raleigh is usually the best option. Volume discounts kick in at 50+ pallets and increase at 100, 250, and 500+ pallets. We are happy to work with businesses of all sizes.
Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday-Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM to noon). We encourage first-time customers to visit so you can see our grading system in action and inspect pallets before committing to an order. Just come to 3501 Tarheel Dr, Raleigh, NC 27609. No appointment necessary, though emailing ahead ensures someone from our sales team is available to give you a tour.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), company checks, ACH bank transfers, and cash. For established business accounts, we offer Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms after credit approval. First-time orders are typically paid upfront or on delivery. We provide detailed invoices for all transactions for your accounting records.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any pallets arrive damaged during transport or do not match the grade and size you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace them at no additional cost. We photograph every outgoing shipment for quality assurance. Our return and replacement process is straightforward — call or email us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will schedule a replacement delivery, usually within one business day.
